Lynn Fraser, owner of Balance Your World, supports and nurtures seniors and their families to declutter and downsize in a holistic way.

She coaches and mentors individuals who want to be better leaders and live balanced lives. Lynn’s coaching clients include talented managers of a dog daycare, an attorney, health care executive, managing accountant, executive assistant, team manager and many solo-preneurs.  She mentors seniors to declutter and downsize with a focus on nurturing their body, mind and spirit.  Lightening up the clutter with a values-based approach brings more joy & less stress, improves energy & focus and can even prevent falls which allows seniors to remain independent for longer.  Lynn is licensed and police screened.

Lynn has facilitated programs for conferences across Canada, numerous provincial government departments, MacEwan University, Grey Nuns Hospital, Community Futures Saskatchewan, SERVUS Credit Union, Stepping Stones Northwestern Ontario and the RCMP Aboriginal Policing Services, to name a few. Her sessions at events for the Counties of Flagstaff, Lamont, Thorhild, Kneehill and Lac Ste Anne have received rave reviews. Lynn facilitated FOCUS: Achieving Your Highest Priorities for FranklinCovey. She writes for seniors & association publications.

A professional member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), Alberta Human Ecology & Home Economics Association (AHEA) and Associate Power Coach® (APC) with Coaching and Leadership International, Lynn’s education includes a B.Sc. in Home Economics from the University of Alberta.  As a 22 year business owner, wife of 31 years and mother of two young adults, Lynn brings practical life experience and a whole brain coach approach to her work.  For her own life balance, she walks, self & buddy coaches, meditates daily and sings alto in a community choir.  She catches local events with her husband and friends, and loves to groove to the Blues!

“Lynn is a very hands-on, engaging presenter that both educated and entertained us.  The participants responded well to her relaxed, often funny, approach and I think each of them went home with some new ideas.

I truly appreciated Lynn’s dedication to our presentation.  She was fully prepared and organized.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to others; in fact, I have already booked another presentation with her.”
